In TwentyTwenty we share a common vision. We wanted to create a team of experts to provide complex consulting and advisory services in key segments (accounting, taxes, HR and payroll, projects management, IT, marketing) in order to improve and streamline business processes, so our clients could focus on growing and developing their main businesses.

TwentyTwenty was founded in 2020. For us, people who established it, TwentyTwenty is a symbol of abiding faith in the future, as well as courage, flexibility, optimism and proactivity.

We are an interdisciplinary team of experts. We come for different parts of Poland. Some of us started their careers many years ago, others quite recently. We have gained experience in many fields, working for international corporations and smaller firms, on operational and management levels, as businessmen and as advisers, both in public and private sectors.

FOUNDERS

Małgorzata Panek-Kasińska

PARTNER

Małgorzata Panek–Kasińska is the co-owner and Board Member of TwentyTwenty LLC. She is a lawyer, an economist and certified tax consultant. She gained experience, holding key managerial positions in consulting firms such as Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. She was also a Managing Director for KBC Group companies. Furthermore, she gained a valuable experience in diplomacy, working as a strategy consultant for polish ambassador in Abu Dhabi. Vast knowledge allows her to coordinate different segments of a project, while numerous business acquaintances help her in establishing productive cooperation.

Michał Skraba

PARTNER

Michał Skraba is the co-owner and Chairman of the Board of TwentyTwenty LLC. He is a lawyer and specializes in tax law. He worked for KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms, for over 20 years, 11 of which as a Tax Director. Michał is a true visionary, and his innovative ideas assure quick and reliable business growth.
